VerdeCapital's Role in the Financing Program

VerdeCapitalResources meets with Project owners and reviews the plan and budget for appropriateness and eligibility and recommends the capital asset project for financing.

Upon acceptance for consideration, we shepherd Project owners through the process providing support and serving as the first point of contact and coordinators of communications.

In working with approved applicants, we coordinate communications among a team composed of a financing corporation representative, and the Project owner/applicant, attorneys, a guarantor for any missed lease payments, and other key project participants to ensure:

  • Accurate, thorough understanding of the financing corporation's approval process and benefits of Sale/Leaseback financing.
  • Understanding and compliance with the condition that the Project must either be an investment grade-rated entity or have enlisted one to agree to provide any missed lease payments during the term of the final Sale/Leaseback Agreement.
  • Regular updates with your team and key participants.
  • Assurance of a complete, acceptable package of required documents delivered within the agreed-upon timeframes.

We work with your team from the initial step in the financing process to its end, when the total Capital Project costs are deposited in an investment grade-rated bank chosen by the financing corporation.
