Verde Capital Resources helps leaders live up to these expectations by:

  • Connecting Project owners with funding from a unique program for the purchase of land, and the construction, renovation, and equipment for healthful, efficient, disaster-resistant and flexible facilities.
  • Supporting plans that meet the criteria for platinum LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
  • Ensuring the implementation of best practices to reduce indirect operational expenses that burden core mission objectives.
  • Sourcing for architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers with success in developing facilities based on environmentally sustainable/regenerative principles.
  • Assuring that project plans include education for staff in environmentally sound and cost-effective facility maintenance and operation.
