Sue Porretto
President, Provident Enterprises
Sue Porretto, President of Provident Enterprises, has led, trained and supported people for 35 years of a career that spans administration, communications, higher education and health care. Presently, she joins her husband, John Porretto, in connecting leaders of sustainable/regenerative capital projects with a unique Sale/Leaseback financing program.
William "Tyler" Doré
Strategic Capital Development
With a focus on strategic capital development, Tyler plays a key role in identifying and facilitating investment opportunities across education, healthcare, housing, and mining sectors. His work includes researching industry challenges, identifying projects in need of capital asset financing, and conducting thorough reviews for submission to the VCR President.
Rocco Costantini
Associate, Sustainability Research & Analysis
Rocco Costantini's keen interest in sustainability and in the business of funding sustainable/regenerative projects brought him to our awareness. He accepted an internship with us to track research on environmental impact strategies and contribute to the analysis of projects centered on long-term resource efficiency and responsible investment practices.
